Is to focus on improving your core nucleus.

It was explained to me like this:

There are 3 ways to improve expand and improve YOUR core nucleus:

  1. Improve yourself (health, diet, exercise, fun etc.)

  3. Deepen your spiritual connection through meditation, yoga, prayer, etc. (whatever works for you)

Now, I’ve tried a BUNCH of stuff related to this, and there are a few big things I’ve noticed help the most.

A common question people have is, “what works BEST?”

Everyone is different, so you’ll have to experiment. But here’s what I’ve found to be extremely effective (after testing a lot of different methods):

Nucleus Booster #2: Solo Hikes In The Woods

My lovely wife (aka the “health nut”) in our family also got me started on hiking.

Let me tell you, there’s nothing better than trekking in the woods by yourself for a few hours.

My goal? To go on at least a 2 hour hike by myself once a week.

That takes care of the “Earth & Nature” aspect of your Nucleus.

Nucleus Booster #3: Morning Meditations

The most common issue people have with meditation is that it’s so damn hard to focus.

Believe me, I get it.

Before I started Thrive, I had a lot of difficulty myself. What I’ve found is that part of the way to improve your experience is to improve your health through a holistic or naturopathic approach.

The Bad News?

Now that you understand the “Nucleus Effect” and how to improve and expand YOUR nucleus, the bad news is that you can no longer blame other people for crappy results in your life.

It’s a bummer, I know.

But, in my experience, it’s also empowering. Once you get a few days or a week into some of these habits, you really start to feel results. Then “feeling good” becomes almost addictive…

And when you start to see your world transforming (and people are nicer to you or you get a job promotion unexpectedly) then you’ll REALLY never want to go back.
